- Open the PDAX mobile app and log in to your account.
- Tap Verify Now.
- Fill out all the required fields with complete, accurate, and up-to-date information and click Continue.
- Complete our biometric check by uploading your video selfie.
- Take a photo of your valid ID and click Submit.
- You will see a message on your screen that your verification application has been submitted (KYC Application Submitted).
- Verification may take anywhere between a few minutes up to 72 hours in some cases.
Important Verification Reminders
- Disable your pop-up blocker as clicking the Upgrade Account button will open a new page.
- Provide correct and complete information that match the details on your ID that you will submit.
- Ensure that the picture and information on your ID are clear and readable.
- Look at the camera when taking your video selfie to avoid face mismatch.
- Don’t wear anything that obscures your face, like eyeglasses and caps in your video selfie.
