About the Referral Program

Here are some frequently asked questions to help you understand how the PDAX Referral Program works.

When your referral verifies their account and completes their first trade, you’ll both receive ₱50 worth of USDT on the ERC20 network each.

1. How can I refer my family and friends to use PDAX?

It’s easy to share your referral code:

1. Log in to your PDAX app.

2. On the home screen, tap Referral.
   
   

3. Copy your referral code or tap “Share” on the bottom of the screen to send it directly via your preferred messaging app.

4. Ask your family and friends to enter your code during sign-up.

NOTE: If they missed it during sign-up, they can still go to the Referral page and input your code there.

Once your referral verifies their account and completes their first buy transaction, both of you will receive your ₱50 worth of USDT on the ERC20 network.

2. Can I refer existing users?

You can only refer users who have registered but haven’t verified their PDAX account yet.

Once a user has completed verification, they can no longer be referred.

3. Why don’t I have a referral code yet?

The referral feature is being rolled out gradually.

If you don’t see it on your app, please make sure you're using the latest version of PDAX to access new features as they become available. To stay updated on when referral codes will roll out to more users, kindly follow PDAX on our official social channels.

4. When will I receive my referral reward?

You’ll receive your ₱50 worth of USDT on the ERC20 network once your referral has successfully:

• Created a PDAX account

• Verified their account

• Completed their first buy transaction (crypto, bonds, or PDAX Gold)

Once these steps are done, both you and your referral will receive your ₱50 worth of USDT on the ERC20 network automatically, no manual claiming needed.

You’ll also receive an email notification once your reward has been credited.

5. How can I track my referrals and rewards?

Check your Referral page on the PDAX app to see:

• How many friends you’ve referred who’ve verified their accounts and completed their first trade

• Your total rewards earned and their current crypto value
