I didn’t request changes to my account (password, email, or two-factor authentication [2FA])

If you receive a notification about a security change or a withdrawal lock that you did not initiate, take action immediately:

Freeze your account: Tap the "Disable Account" link at the bottom of the security notification email you received.

Contact support: Reach out to support@pdax.ph immediately to report the unauthorized access.

Secure your email: Change the password for the email address associated with your PDAX account, as it may also be compromised.
